Service Offers Manager Europe


As the Service offer manager, you will be responsible for developing profitable aftersales services that adds value to the Lynk & Co users. Our aftersales services will range from typical workshop services (e.g. scheduled maintenance and repair) to new innovative services no one have thought about yet. Lynk & Co’s unique offer creates possibilities for new business logic and business models in the aftermarket. Services will be both physical and digital, and our service providers will range from being local to pan-European.

We are looking for the sharpest business mind with experience from developing services on pan-European level. You have a passion for creating profitable services and an entrepreneurial approach to business development. You are a team player with a pragmatic and holistic view on things. Want to join us?

You will be a part of Lynk & Co Uptime Business Operations function and report to director Uptime Business Operations.




Well, let us give you some more information on what we want you to do. You will:

  • Drive business innovation within Uptime Business Operations
  • Define the strategy for Aftersales service offers and secure an attractive service portfolio
  • Develop Aftersales services from ideas, through concept to validation and implementation in the market
  • Act as product owner for Aftersales services, securing a competitive service throughout entire lifecycle
  • Actively take part in establishing a service network together with Aftersales network manager
  • Collaborate with other functions within Lynk & Co to optimize the service portfolio




  • You probably have a university degree level in Business, Economics, Science or related discipline
  • You will be able to show us a lot of successful services that you developed and implemented
  • You balance your innovative skills with structure and a focus to deliver on time
  • You have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
  • You have experienced how it is to work in an international environmental and just love it
  • You love airports and to travel Europe on an occasional basis
  • English comes natural and you might even have skills in other European languages
