Paralegal

 

As a paralegal you will have the overall responsibility to support the legal department of Lynk & Co in all matters. 

This highly visible role, will work under the head of legal, and in close cooperation with cross-functional departments.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy and with an attention to details. Equally important is a positive spirit, strong team-player skills and having fun at work!

 

The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility, which might involve travelling.

 

Responsibilities and tasks include

 

  • Working with the legal team in legal assessments and argumentations.
  • Organizing the legal department’s administration needs, including organizing meetings and travels.
  • Reviewing documents and giving legal assistance.
  • Attend corporate meetings, preparing corporate resolutions and login meeting minutes.
  • Updating company files and preparing legal contracts.

  • You’re highly organized and understand the importance of deadlines
  • You’re solution-oriented and self-going
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’re extremely accurate, have attention to details primarily regarding paperwork
  • You’re flexible and open-minded, and love coming up with new and exciting ways to solve problems.
  • You’re trustworthy, discreet and use god judgment.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-cultural and knows how to successfully deal with different kinds of persons in a multi-cultural working environment
