Manager Spare Parts Logistic Operations

As Manager Spare Parts Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a world class supply chain for the distribution and management of spare parts, accessories and merchandize for our cars and customers in a global distribution network. This includes developing and implementing global logistic strategies, processes, policies and routines, as well as implementing the network (transport and storage) and monitoring logistic KPI’s in order to drive improvements to assure competitiveness. This position reports to the Director Logistic Operations, Lynk & Co.

The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility; therefore, some travel will be required.

You:

  • Develop strategic direction for Parts & Accessories Logistics operations
  • Set requirements for sourcing of logistic service providers
  • Develop and manage intercontinental and regional flows of materials
  • Develop and manage key processes for material pick-up, packaging, kitting and delivery to end point
  • Develop and manage supporting systems; e.g. IT systems for stock/transport

 

We believe you possess what it takes to be part of Lynk & Co:

  • A creative mind-set and passion to develop new business areas
  • Proven ability of positive influence on logistics operations and planning
  • Solid experience within logistics and/or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven ability in project management with ability to handle several projects concurrently
  • At some point in time, you went to some kind of University, and brought home some kind of diploma, most likely in logistics
