Aftersales Network Manager Europe


As the Network Manager Europe, you will be responsible for setting up the Lynk & Co aftersales network. Our aftersales network includes workshops which will provide service and repair to Lynk & Co cars, as well as other networks needed to provide aftersales services to our customers. Our unique offer creates possibilities for new business logic and business models in the aftermarket. You will play a key role in Lynk & Co aftersales!

We are looking for a great business mind with experience from building up and developing service networks. We believe you have strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development, combined with excellent networking and interpersonal skills. You are a team player with integrity and good leadership skills. Want to join us?

You will be a part of Lynk & Co Uptime Business Operations function and report to director Uptime Business Operations.




Well, let us give you some more information on what we want you to do. You will:

  • Define the strategy for establishing and maintaining a competitive service network
  • Securing an attractive offer towards our service network
  • Identify, negotiate and sign initial contracts with network suppliers
  • Secure that the network is developed and maintained to meet Lynk & Co needs
  • Follow up performance in network to secure right quality of services at low cost
  • Collaborate with other functions within Lynk & Co to secure an optimized network
  • Over time build up the network management team within Lynk & Co




  • You probably have a university degree level in Business, Economics or related discipline
  • You will be able to call some of your partners from previous networks that you have established and developed
  • You have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
  • You have experienced how it is to work in an international environmental and just love it
  • If you have experience from working in automotive or retail it would be a bonus
  • You love airports and to travel around Europe on an occasional basis
  • English comes natural and you might even have skills in other European languages
