Test Drive Manager

 

Lynk & Co aims to develop a unique test drive experience where it’s the test drive car that comes to the customers and not the contrary. Simple, convenient, hassle-free. The test drive manager is responsible to drive the implementation and run the operations for test drives in Europe.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude. To succeed you need to be a team player that is good at building relationships on all levels.

Since you will be part of a start-up environment it is very important that you can achieve high impact in a sometimes unstructured area, and that you are flexible and adaptable to change.

You are able to abstract and to explain complex problems and environments, have the ability to think strategically but also gets things done (hands-on); strategy to execution capability.

 

The position is based in Amsterdam with a pan-European responsibility.

 

You will report to the Sales Director Commercial Operations.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to establish and implement operating model;
    • High level process definitions will allow the split of functions between (and within) Lynk&Co and our stakeholders/partners
    • High level technology definition of the key elements of the enabling technology solutions, both Front- and Back-End
    • High level functional design including organizational/functional view and governance
  • Responsible to source and establish a partnership for executing test drives
  • Responsible to run the market roll for test drives
  • Responsible to implement KPI measurements and execute reporting
  • Responsible to operate and continuously refine the operation from cost efficiency and customer experience perspective
  • Work closely with interfacing functions in order to be optimize test drive operations

 

Qualifications / Professional Experience

  • Significant experience in resource planning and logistics (10 years)
  • Enjoys working in an international atmosphere and offers great intercultural competences
  • Results driven and customer focused, analytical and entrepreneurial
  • Intellectually curious and fascinated by new developments in particular when they are digital
  • Good presentation skills, including use of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • MsC or advanced degree in a business related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
