Roadshow Manager
 

Lynk & Co is planning to roll out several exciting new concepts across Europe (stage I) and North America (stage II). These new concepts incorporate a range of interactive digital technologies, customer experiences and services to create a totally new generation of Stores & Roadshows.

 

We are looking to expand our team and hire a Roadshow Manager to deliver these unforgettable experiences. This position is perfect for an experienced events professional who is a logistics whizz and super-efficient multi-tasker with incredible attention to detail.

 

The Roadshow Manager will be a key team member on our journey and will be responsible for the planning and smooth execution of all Roadshows across Europe.

You:

 

  • Are located in our Amsterdam office, because that is where we start with our European conquest
  • But it does not stop in the Netherlands, you are going all over Europe
  • Provide guidance and best practice to all team members and stakeholders involved in the Roadshow concept in order to deliver successful, measured and costefficient Roadshows in the region. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Liaising with and management f event agency partners; finding & booking of venues; defining and integrating processes with other departments such as Marketing and Communications, Logistics, Digital and Public Relations.

 

We believe you possess what it takes to be part of Lynk & Co:

 

  • You have previous experience as e.g. events manager / senior event coordinator or meetings & travel manager.
  • Equally important is that you are a selfmotivated person, able to achieve high impact in a sometimes unstructured area. You need to be a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done, act pro-actively and take initiatives.
  • Your organizational skills are excellent, which means you have the ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously at varying stages of complexity. 

 

You will report into the Sales Director responsible for projects in Europe and Northern America and undertake projects in these regions. Opportunities to undertake project in other regions can arise.
