Fleet Sales Manager

It is not every day that someone launches a new mobility brand, but that isn’t what is unusual about us. Lynk & Co is the future of car ownership that is subscription based, the mobility equivalent of Netflix. We are a new global urban and sharable mobility brand focusing on the needs of the connected generation.  We challenge the conventional car industry of today.

Our fast-growing team based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Hangzhou, are reshaping mobility as we know it.

We are currently expanding to provide the capability for our global market entry and your contribution may be key to our success. Fleet Sales Manager 

 

We don’t do job descriptions at Lynk & Co… So below is not a job description. See it as our vision of what you will be doing, and how come you are so good at it. 

 

You:

  • Are located in our Amsterdam office, because that is where we start with our European conquest
  • But it does not stop in the Netherlands, you are going all over Europe
  • Lead a team of 1 (for now), as we are just getting started. You have however got experience in leading more than that. 
  • Create our Fleet Sales strategy. Draft amazing process descriptions, and present us a strategy that Fits Lynk & Co
  • Know the car industry, and who to partner up with. You even can write a whole strategy about it
  • Set a marketing strategy for Fleet Sales
  • Are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and get out there and sell
  • Have a sharp eye on results. Changing mobility does not happen by itself
  • Costumer Satisfaction is your key focus

 

We believe you possess what it takes to be part of Lynk & Co

  • You have experience with Fleet sales, and you know how to do it better
  • You create structure 
  • You can talk the talk, and walk the walk
  • Sustainability is what drives you
  • Speaking and writing in English is a piece of cake
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills are part of your key competences
  • At some point in time, you went to some kind of University, and brought home some kind of diploma
