Digital Commerce Director


Lynk & Co will launch sales in Europe in 2020, starting with Netherlands as the first market, and is building up the capabilities for this.


In this role you will be a key person responsible for the operations, sales and performance of all digital commerce channels. We expect you to develop innovative strategies to deliver and surpass targets. You will work in close collaboration with the marketing and customer experience team to drive increased customer acquisition and topline growth and leverage customer insights to identify opportunities.


The position reports to the Sales Director Commercial Operations and will have a pan European responsibility.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation, sales and performance of all digital commerce channels
  • Develop innovative strategies to deliver and surpass targets and deliver on set of KPIs
  • Drive increased customer acquisition and topline growth in close collaboration with marketing team
  • Leverage customer insights to identify opportunities, issues and potential risks
  • Oversee innovative and new concept development, strategy, planning, testing, and implementation of all digital commerce initiatives
  • Drive the road map and implementation of an exceptional consistent, brand-enhancing and compelling end-to-end customer experience
  • Successfully support the execution all aspects of the online customer experience across all digital platforms


Qualifications / Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C digital commerce or related function
  • Successful individuals will have a passion around omni-channel retail, ecommerce, mobile, innovation, as well as a healthy obsession with the Lynk & Co concepts
  • Being up-to-date with the latest technologies and changes is a must
  • Needs strong genuine knowledge of digital sales strategy
  • Needs to be able to update images/pricing/discounting in a CMS
